PBT must be dried for about 3 hours at 110~120¡æ before injection molding, the molding processing temperature is 250~270¡æ, and themold temperature is controlled at 50~75¡æ. Because the material from the molten state once cooled, it will immediately solidifycrystallization, so its cooling time is short; If the nozzle temperature is improperly controlled (low), the flow channel (watermouth) is easy to cool and solidify, and there will be gagging phenomenon. If the barrel temperature exceeds 275¡æ or the meltstays in the barrel for more than 30 minutes, the material is easy to decomposeand become brittle. PBT injection molding needs alarger nozzle into the glue, not the use of hot runway system, mold exhaust should be good, should use "high speed, mediumpressure, medium temperature" condition molding processing, fireproof material or glass fiber PBT nozzle material should not berecycled, downtime needs PE or PP material timely cleaning tube, so as to avoid carbonization.
